Launched in 2003. MarketSphere built an unclaimed property business from the ground up utilizing industry experts, creative techniques, and proprietary technology that enable key unclaimed property solutions such as Annual Compliance, Liability Analysis, Audit Defense and Capital Recovery. Over the years, MarketSphere acquired and integrated several smaller companies to accelerate growth of its Unclaimed Property business. MarketSphere Unclaimed Property is the preferred provider for many Fortune 1000 companies.
EMMsphere
Launched in 2005 and executed a merger in 2014. MarketSphere built a marketing technology business focusing on improving processes and implementing technologies that enable marketing operations. In 2014, MarketSphere merged its marketing business with EMMcare, a global leader in marketing technology managed services, and formed EMMsphere. EMMsphere provides marketing technology implementation and managed services for some of the largest companies in the world.
Meridian Business
Meridian was founded in 2003 and became part of the MarketSphere family in 2019. Meridian is an awarding winning NetSuite Solution Provider specializing in consulting, implementation, support, and development of the full range of NetSuite products. As a five-star NetSuite partner, the mission of Meridian is to be an extension of its client’s advisory team to provide insight and advice to lay the foundation for the next phase of any business. Meridian has extensive experience delivering products and solutions to help clients make more effective business decisions in a wide array of industries.
MarketSphere Shared Services
Launched in 2013 after the divestiture of the Oracle Solutions business, MarketSphere restructured its organization as a holding company with a shared services solution offering for its portfolio companies. Through this solution offering, MarketSphere provides valuable and synergistic services that help each company manage their accounting, technology, human resources, compliance, legal, and executive management needs. In addition to these core shared services, MarketSphere also employs technical developers in its Innovation Center that assists each business with their technology initiatives. MarketSphere’s shared services platform enables its businesses to innovate faster, operate smarter, and scale more gracefully, which in turn leads to quality services and innovative products, higher employee satisfaction, and maximization of shareholder value.
Divestitures
MarketSphere Oracle Solutions
Launched in 2002 and sold to Grant Thornton in 2013. MarketSphere was a premier Oracle Platinum Partner and offered strategic advisory and technology services around a core set of Oracle business applications. MarketSphere built and delivered integrated solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), and business intelligence (BI) technology platforms, which helped clients streamline operations and optimize business performance.
H-Card (dba Hap-X)
Launched in 2005 and spun off in 2007. MarketSphere was there at the initial launch of H-Card, doing business as Hap-X. Hap-X is the premier healthcare automated payment exchange that was developed to help health systems better manage their cash flow by replacing cumbersome supplier payment processes with a set of automated, proprietary invoice processing solutions. More than 450 hospitals and 350 suppliers currently use the Hap-X exchange, and the exchange is now being expanded for use in other industries. In June 2016, GHX acquired Hap-X to expand its e-commerce solution offering and provide visibility from point of order through reconciled payment. In conjunction with the acquisition, the Hap-X platform is now known as GHX ePay.
MDR Group
Launched in 2010, purchased majority ownership in 2015, and divested in 2021. MarketSphere partnered with MDR Group, which uses a dba of #250 America’s Speed Dial. This business utilizes a custom-built mobile marketing platform that connects consumers with advertisers in a way never seen before. Dial #250 on any carrier network and you are connected to a keyword recognition platform that allows you to easily connect with advertisers. #250 replaces the traditional ten-digit dialing sequences which are difficult to remember, resulting in more calls and more sales.
Insurance Claims Overpayment Clearinghouse
Launched in 2005, divested in 2019. MarketSphere developed an online application to assist insurance companies with identifying and correcting overpayment of insurance claims. Using proprietary internally-developed software, MarketSphere’s claim recovery system acted as an independent clearinghouse designed to facilitate overpayment recovery and track vendor identification on all payments.
